Week 12: DESA SEJAHTERA

Assalamualaikum and hi, for week 12, I will write a review on Desa Sejahtera. For your information, Desa Sejahtera is a programme to help the poor people survive by giving them help such as food and clothes. There were 14 houses, 18 households, 26 children and 12 school goers are needed to receive the supplies. The Community profiling has be done by volunteering the students to give the foods to the people in Desa Sejahtera. The people in Desa Sejahtera are really needy as they were lack of necessity such as waters, clothes, home, and electricity. There were no proper drainage and sanitation system too. For example, a family needs to live in a very bad condition home as the father loses his job 6 months ago.. As Muslims, we must do our duty to help those in needs as they are our family too. By helping them, we can get pahala too and make them happy.

Week 9: Challenges To Sustainable Development.

Imej
Challenges To Sustainble Development Sustainable Development is about how to conserve what we have now for the future generation. 1. The first principle that we have to know is to have a big picture. -We need to relate it with the systemic thinking. For example, whatever we do in our life, we should think the impact to the humans and environment. As Muslims, we must bring ourselves to the systemic thinking of Islam especially about our duties and roles as khalifah in this world. We are the servants of Allah and was assigned to be the khalifah on earth. We are not created to do bad things but to obey Allah’s order. There is a company that has collaps...
